Privacy
Complaint Escape is a static site. There are no accounts, no login, and no server that stores what you type into the letter generator.
What this site is
- Public directory. Company escalation paths, contacts and source links are published as ordinary HTML pages. They are meant to be indexed and shared.
- In-browser letter generator. Form fields and the generated letter run in your browser with client-side JavaScript. Drafts are not uploaded to our servers.
- No accounts. We do not ask you to sign up, and we do not keep a profile of you.
What we do not collect
- We do not upload letter contents, names, dates or problem descriptions from the generator.
- We do not run a first-party analytics beacon or ad pixel on these pages as shipped.
- We do not sell personal data — we do not hold letter-generator personal data in the first place.
Hosting & logs
The site is served as static files (Cloudflare Pages). Like most CDNs, the host may keep standard request logs (IP, user-agent, URL, time) for security and reliability. Those logs are controlled by the host, not by a Complaint Escape application backend — there is no application database.

Directory entries link to company help pages, regulators and ombudsmen. Those third-party sites have their own privacy practices. Confirm contacts on the official source before you rely on them.
